How to Choose a Caterer

When choosing a caterer for your event, there are many things to consider.

• Will there be enough food for your guests?
• Will it be prepared using the freshest available meats and vegetables?
• What is included in the price? (dishes, linens, equipment, staff etc.)
• Is there a government health approved, and inspected, kitchen?
• Do they have business insurance, required licenses, GST number and WCB coverage for staff?
• Are the staff knowledgeable and professional?
• Are there references and testimonials from satisfied customers?
• Do you have a good relationship with your caterer?
• Are they available to answer questions and make you feel comfortable?
